We are conveniently located 5 minutes from the heart of Palmwoods where you can explore eateries, cafes, shops and hotel. Centrally located on the Sunshine Coast, a 15-20 minute drive will take you to ranges, waterfalls, gardens, walks, beaches, zoos and theme parks.

Palmwoods Eco Escape
Formerly known as Turmeric Gardens, Palmwoods Eco Escape is a relaxing place to reconnect with nature whilst being close to the centre of Palmwoods in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
The buildings on our property have eco-friendly designs to minimise the need for power, heating, and cooling. Many sustainable and recycled materials have been incorporated in the construction further reducing our environmental footprint. We also have composting toilets in Piccabean and Turmeric Cottages.
Each cottage has its own full kitchen facilities allowing you to self-cater for all meals. Tea and coffee are provided. In addition, you have access to a fireplace, wood fired pizza oven (additional expense for a bag of firewood) and BBQ. Children 10yrs and older are able to stay at our property.
Popular local places to visit include Montville, Maleny, Kondalilla Falls, Yandina Ginger Factory, Eumundi Markets, Queensland Zoo, Underwater World, Aussie World, and Australia Zoo. If the coast is more your style there are numerous beaches to choose from including Mooloolaba, Alexandra Headland, Maroochydore, Coolum and Noosa. Enjoy scenic drives to the Glasshouse Mountains, along the Blackall Range and coastal roads or explore the best the beautiful hinterland and nearby national parks have to offer.
